The role
Sentio Inclusive Ltd. is working on behalf of our client in Swindon that is looking to add a Head of Service to their team.
You will report to the Regional Manager and lead a team of staff across Children and Young Peoples Single Point of Access, Mental Health Support Teams in Schools and the Community Team.
We are looking for someone to establish the awareness and vision of the Emotional Wellbeing Early Support Service with staff, strategic partners, stakeholders and commissioners and to lead and work in partnership with CAMH’s with regular interface meetings to ensure appropriate and timely interventions are offered to CYP.
What we need from you
You are an experienced, positive and proactive senior leader, with experience in a mental health environment, managing complex multi-component services. You are a strategic thinker able to foresee and take action to deal with problems and opportunities skilled in project management, accustomed to using tools and processes to identify project goals, set and manage the schedule, anticipate and identify issues, remove obstacles, delineate responsibility, track task completion, and communicate progress while able to build strong relationships among colleagues stakeholders and commissioners. You will have experienced in working within CAMHS and have in depth knowledge and understanding of CYP mental health pathways.
You will have experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients with a range of psychological needs of a complex nature.
What you get in return
In return for your hard work, you will receive a salary of£44,538 per annum. This is based on a 30 hour working week. You will also get 33 days annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays (increasing annual leave dependent on length of service and Birthday Day Off.
