Our leadership team, based in Cambridgeshire and working nationwide, brings deep expertise in specialist recruitment across the SEN and mental health sectors. With backgrounds in mental health support and DSA mentoring, we understand the challenges and rewards of the roles we recruit for - and we’re passionate about helping you find the right fit.

As our company Director, Gareth manages the Disabled Student Allowance (DSA) side of the business. Having created Sentio Inclusive (formerly The Student Mentoring Company) four years ago, he also continues to support students as a Specialist Mentor and is incredibly passionate about ensuring that students get the best service and continued support as possible. Having supported neurodiverse students and students with mental health difficulties, Gareth has seen firsthand the impact high-quality and consistent support can have on the student journey. Away from work, if he is ever truly ‘away’, Gareth spends his time at the gym and spending time with family.

Lindsey joined Sentio Inclusive in July 2024 to launch and develop our recruitment division. Lindsey brings a decade of recruitment expertise, having started her career in 2014. She now specialises in connecting talented professionals with fulfilling roles across the educational, mental health and wellbeing sectors. Lindsey is driven by a passion for making a positive impact. She believes that successful recruitment isn’t just about filling vacancies but understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates. Outside of work, Lindsey has a busy family life with her two daughters.
