The role

We're working with a children's home in Ilford that is looking for a Deputy Manager to join their team. We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager for an Ofsted-registered EBD children’s home in the London Borough of Redbridge.

You will work 9 am - 9 pm, 4 days per week plus on call rota alongside the manager.

Please note, sponsorship is available for this position.

What we need from you

The ideal applicant must be a confident driver with a valid UK or international licence, have a good standard of spoken and written English, and have experience working as a Deputy in an EBD children’s home. You will need strong knowledge of safeguarding, behaviour management, report writing, and liaising professionally with social workers and other agencies is essential.

We are looking for someone who can act as a positive role model and provide consistent leadership to support the young people.
