The Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager based in the north of England. Our client provides an amazing care service supporting children with complex needs. You will be leading the mobilisation of new services, ensuring deadlines are met; driving quality improvements; leading and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional care; developing and building strong relationships with external stakeholders including Ofsted, social workers, and local authorities and acting as a Responsible Individual when required.
What we need from you
You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership and service development. A compassionate leader who inspires teams to deliver outstanding care. You will need to have experience in children’s residential care and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks. You hold a collaborative mindset, working closely with clinical, education, and outdoor teams to ensure holistic care and have a commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and development.
